According to the Express, the Red Devils have launched a formal bid for Lazio’s highly-rated Brazilian striker Felipe Anderson, who has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for last two seasons.
It appears Louis van Gaal has already renewed his interest as the Express are citing reports coming out of Italy that claim United have submitted a formal offer for the Brazilian international’s services.
The Brazil international has enjoyed an excellent campaign last season, as the 22-year-old has managed to score 11 goals and grabbed 10 assists in 37 appearances helping Lazio secure a third-placed finish in the Serie A table.
